Terms and Conditions for Refund

Only the course fees paid are refundable on the following conditions:

• 100% refund of tuition fees if the applicant’s written notice of withdrawal is received more than 60 days before the commencement date.

• 100% refund of tuition fees if the applicant’s written notice of withdrawal is received before but not more than 60 days before the commencement date.

• 80% refund after, but not more than 5 days after the commencement date.

• 50% refund of tuition fees if the applicant’s written notice of withdrawal is received more than 5 days after but not more than 7 days after the commencement date.

• 0% refund of tuition fees if the applicant’s written notice of withdrawal is received more than 7 days after the commencement date.

For students that have already commenced classes more than 7 days, we will calculate the school fees on a modular basis. We will still charge the full module price once the student has commenced classes in that module.

Cooling Off Period

As the school collect school fees only when classes commence, therefore the cooling off period does not apply.

All refund requests will be approved and amount refunded within 7 days. In the event that we are unable to complete the refund within 7 days, we will inform the student of the reason accordingly.

Refund procedure as follows:

1. Student fills up withdrawal form and passes it to the school admin.
   
   
2. School admin will decide whether to approve the withdrawal and calculate the refund if required.
   
   
3. The school will refund the student within 7 days.
