The Professional Diploma course is by far our most popular course.

The course covers all the 8 modules required for certification, the first 4 modules focus on commercial techniques and basic hairstyling skills and the last 4 emphasize creative techniques and adaptation skills.

Completing the course with a 3-month Combined Module Training (CMT) which emphasizes practical, hands-on training with real clients. In the fast paced world of hairdressing, seasonal trends and current fashions are all important. Kimage's best instructors will demonstrate the latest skills in demand and guide you on ways to weave creative elements into both classic and advanced hairdressing techniques. Learn to create dazzling new styles!

Course commence first Monday of every month.

Entry Requirement

Course participants should be at least 16 years old of age and must possess any one of the following entry requirements in order to be eligible for Nitec Examination.

• Completed N Level or equivalent
• Academic qualifications of PSLE with 1 year work experience

Graduation Requirement

Student must complete all 8 modules with at least 80% (90% for International students) in attendance for each module.

International Students

For International Students on student pass, in the event that any of the following occurs, the school will inform ICA of the student's attendance :

• the student has failed to attend classes for a continuous period of 7
  days or more without any valid reason; or
• the student has not attended classes regularly, i.e. where the percent
  age of attendance is 90% or lower in any month of the course without
  any valid reason.
• the student’s studies in the school has been terminated.

Course Awards

Upon meeting all Graduation Requirements, you will be awarded a Certificate in Hairstyling by Kimage Hairdressing School.

Upon passing the Nitec Examinations, you will be awarded a Nitec in Hairstyling by ITE.
