We value all our students and we try our best to address any issues our students have pertaining Should our students have any issues with their course, we will try our best to resolve the problems.
Every concern raised with us will be addressed as promptly as possible. It is our policy to acknowledge your concerns and feedback within 3 working days and to resolve any issue or problem within 14 working days. If we cannot resolve the issue or problem within the stipulated timeframe, we will advise you immediately and the on-going process will be explained to you.
In the event that the Student and the school are unable to resolve a dispute in accordance with the grievance procedure referred to above, the Student and the PEI shall refer the dispute to the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) through the CPE Student Services Centre for mediation prior to instituting any legal action or proceedings. The Student and the PEI hereby agree to such procedures and to pay such fees as the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) may prescribe from time to time for the purpose of resolving their dispute.
