This course covers all the skills (8 modules) that are required in the nationally recognised Nitec in Hairstyling certification. Kimage will then builds on them with our unique training program. These skills will increase the demand for you in the workplace when you graduate.

You receive personal guidance and monitoring throughout the course to ensure you are achieving the learning goals required. And, you will be provided with all the live models for practical purpose.

Entry Requirement

Course participants should be at least 16 years old of age and must possess any one of the following entry requirements in order to be eligible for Nitec Examination.

• Completed N Level or equivalent
• Academic qualifications of PSLE with 1 year work experience

Graduation Requirement

Student must complete all 8 modules with at least 80% (90% for International students) in attendance for each module.

International Students

For International Students on student pass, in the event that any of the following occurs, the school will inform ICA of the student's attendance :

• the student has failed to attend classes for a continuous period of 7
  days or more without any valid reason; or
• the student has not attended classes regularly, i.e. where the percent
  age of attendance is 90% or lower in any month of the course without
  any valid reason.
• the student’s studies in the school has been terminated.

Course Awards

Upon meeting all Graduation Requirements, you will be awarded a Certificate in Hairstyling by Kimage Hairdressing School.

Upon passing the Nitec Examinations, you will be awarded a Nitec in Hairstyling by ITE.
