We are proud to be the 1st hairdressing school to be awarded the EduTrust certification (Provisional) by the Council for Private Education.


   New Courses

International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC) is an international examination board offering a variety of qualifications worldwide. It provides over 35 qualifications that are UK government accredited and are supported by industry and are easily transportable nationally and internationally.

ITEC Qualifications in hairdressing are now available at Kimage in 3 levels: Entry Level, Level 2 & Level 3.

   CDAC - Back to School
CDAC - Back to School
Kimage students participated in CDAC "Back to School" project to help needy students get ready for the new school year. A team of 11 students led by 2 teachers cut hair for 200 needy students on 2 December 2012.

She gets a sense of satisfaction when one of her customers get a new look. And that was what got Miss Low Whooi Whooi, 24, hooked on hairdressing. Ms Low, a Malaysian, graduated from Kimage School of Hairdressing in May last year with an International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC) Level 3 Diploma in Hairdressing.

   The NUHS Giving Tree
The NUHS Giving Tree
On 27th November 2012, a fundraising event, the NUSH (National University Health System) Giving Tree was held to raise funds for the NUH Patientcare Charity Fund. Kimage School of Hairdressing is proud to be a partner in the event, sending a team of 3 students and 1 trainer to style hair for the beautiful little girls that grace the stage during a fashion show.

   Sunnyville Home
Kimage School of Hairdressing students are putting the skills they are learning in the school to good use by helping the old folks in Sunnyville Home. A team of 18 students led by 2 trainers, did free haircuts for all the old folks in the home. The school regular participation in charity projects is just one of the ways to help our students feel good about the work that they are doing and know that they are contributing to something that is greater than themselves.

Special thanks to Nirvana Memorial Garden for giving our students this opportunity to participate in this charity hair cuts.

The Metropolitan Workshop

Ms Monica Tan, our school principal, conducted an hour long hairstyling workshop, giving tips on how to curl and straighten hair at home without causing it to look dry and brittle.

   Graduation Showcase 2011/12
The 3 winners of Kimage Graduate Hair Showcase, have been chosen after an intense evening of judging at Hotel Intercontinental. The judges are : Ms Aya Tamura, General Manager of Loreal Singapore, Kelly Q Hung and Nick Chung of Hair Culture HC Taiwan.
